Old Christchurch Road is Bournemouth's main run of shops, coffee and late-night food, and Bright's House is on it — not a bus ride from it. The Lower Gardens start at the end of the road and run down to the pier.

Walking times are approximate. Bournemouth University’s Lansdowne campus is a walk down Christchurch Road; Talbot Campus and Arts University Bournemouth are out at Wallisdown, on the UNIBUS route from the town centre.

How long is the tenancy?
Tenancies are fixed-term, as they are across student lettings, and the exact length depends on which studio you take and when you move in. Tell us your move-in date and how long you need on the form below and we'll come back with what's actually available for those dates.
What's actually included in the rent?
Gas, electricity, water and super-fast fibre wi-fi, plus all the furniture and building maintenance. The weekly figure you're quoted is the figure you pay — there's no separate utility bill and no broadband contract to arrange.
What deposit do I need?
The deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent, with a £500 minimum, unless you're told otherwise. It's registered with a government-approved deposit protection scheme, so it's held safely and not by us.
Can I see a studio before I commit?
Yes, and you should. Viewings run seven days a week, take about fifteen minutes, and you see a real studio in the building rather than a show flat. Book below or call 0117 910 6519. Nothing is committed until you've seen it.
I'm an international student — can I sort this from abroad?
Yes. If you can't get to Bournemouth in person we can arrange a walkthrough with the letting team, and rent can be paid by international transfer. Rengen also has a Mandarin-speaking team if that's easier for you or your family.
Is there parking?
Not at the building — it's a pedestrianised part of the town centre, so most residents don't run a car. There are public car parks nearby if you need one occasionally, and indoor bike storage in the building if you'd rather cycle.
Who manages the building?
Bright's House is let and managed on behalf of Rengen Lettings, who are members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS019272). When you enquire below it's the Bournemouth letting team who call you back — not a call centre.
